We are told the ration is 11:4, so that means the 450 spaces are conceptually divided in 15 "chunks". 11 of the chunks are for full size cars; 4 of the chunks can only accommodate compact cars. Each chunk is 30 spaces, based on 450 slots divided by 15 chunks.
So, 11*30= 330 full-size car slots
And there are 4*30 = 120 compact car slots.
