You can graph -2x + 3y = -9 by assuming values of x then substitute
the assumed values to the equation to find y
Let x = 0
-2x + 3y = -9
-2(0) + 3y = -9
3y = =9
y = -3
Plot the point (0, -3)
Let x = 3
-2x + 3y = -9
-2(3) + 3y = -9
-6 + 3y = -9
3y = -3
y = -1
Plot the second point (3, -1)
Then draw a line passing through the two points.
