The average length of time that 3 lawn service mowers operate on a given day is 930 minutes. None of the mowers operates for less than 900 minutes. What is the greatest possible length of time any of the mowers operates?
I am having difficulty figuring out how to set this one up.
930 = [a + b + c] / 3
?
I am returning to algebra after many years of absence. I am now required to pass a test soon. I have other questions as well.

Kate borrows $10000. Some is from her friend at %8 annual interest, twice as much as that from her bank at %9 , and the remained from her insurance company at %5. She pays a total of $830 in interest for the first year.
x + y + z = 10000
.08x + .09y +.05z=830
What is the 3rd equation? Im not sure how to se up the twice as much as from her bank?
