Solve for , then calculate . Ordinarily, I would set the variable to be the thing you wanted to determine, but in this case that would have caused a fractional coefficient. I thought the extra step at the end to get to the final answer was worth not having the messiness of a fractional coefficient. One of those trade offs you have to make in life.
