Question 462093: How do you sketch a graph of T> 150 - 0.7A
-
I have worked the problem out where T = -108 and -136. I had to find out the heart rate of a 20 year old and a 60 year old.
The problem was written as such;
T+150-0.7a
I am unable to give you the correct sign up top. It is > with the - right up under the >. Answer by stanbon(75887) (Show Source):
You can put this solution on YOUR website! sketch a graph of T >= 150 - 0.7A
--------------------
1st: Sketch the boundary which is T = 150 - 0.7A
Plot 2 points:
(0,150) and (10,143)
----
-----------------------------
2nd: Since you want T to be GREATER than
150-0.7A, shade the half-plane ABOVE the boundary:
