You can put this solution on YOUR website! (X+X+3)1.5=9
(2X+3)1.5=9
3X+4.5=9
3X=9-4.5
3X=4.5
X=4.5/3
X=1.5 MPH FOR SKATEBOARDER.
1.4+3=4.5 MPH FOR THE BIKER.
PROOF:
(1.5+1.5+3)1.5=9
6*1.5=9
9=9
