4x-y=3
2x+3y=19

Note: you solved by substitution.

Your Problem::
4x - y = 3
4x + 6y = 38

Subtract and solve for "y":
7y = 35
y = 5

Now you can substitute to solve for "x"::
4x - y = 3
4x - 5 = 3
4x = 8
x = 2
