Try to work with a form of the equation in general, let x=-2 and y=3, and solve for the other variables to be able for the equation to use x and y assigned that way. You'll just need to pick some values for the other numbers until you have one value still unknown but determinable. Solve for it.

Usually you are given two equations and asked for the intersection (answer). Your task now is to start with the answer, the intersection, and find two equations. This is OPEN-ENDED, because the quantity of combinations of such equations is infinite.

As said, you can start with any form of equation for a line.
ax+by=c

.
ASSIGN some values to any two of a, b, and c; and solve for the remaining of them. That will give you a, b, and c for ONE of the equations.
Now, ASSIGN some DIFFERENT values for any two of a, b, and c; and solve for the remaining unassigned variable. Now have have your second equation.

You do not need to stick with standard form. You can use slope-intercept form or point-slope form. The choice is YOURS. Your variable names may be different; just watch that you do not mismatch their meanings between certain equation forms.
