Answer by mananth(16946)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
y= 1/2x + 3/4
Put x=0
we get y= 3/4
(0,3/4)
put y=0
we get
0= 1/2 x +3/4
1/2 x= -3/4
x= -3/2
(-3/2,0)
