***Using point-slope form, P(1,5)
y - 5 = (-2/3)(x - 1)
y - 5 = (-2/3)x + 2/3
y = (-2/3)x + 2/3 + 15/3
y = (-2/3)x + 17/3 P(1,5) and P(2, 13/3) on Line. Plot and connect
