A meteorologist is positioned 100 m from the point where a weather balloon is launched.
If the weather balloon is rising vertically and the meteorologist remains fixed in his position, find an equation that describes the distance, d, between the meteorologist and the balloon in terms of the height, h, of the balloon vertically above the ground.
