You have the equation as C=5x+10y
You are given with the points (200 , 500)
Which is similar as (x , y) co-ordinate .
So x = 200 and y = 500
Plug the values in the function we get ,
C=5x+10y
= 5(200) + 10(500)
= 1000 + 5000
= 6000
