First you need to change both of them to standard form first
y+=+x+-+3 will become x+-+y+=+3
2y+-+2x+=+-6 will become 2x+-+2y+=+6 and then you simplify you will have x+-+y+=+3
Well then, when you have 2 the same equations in a system of equation, you will have infinite solutions
So your answer is "infinite solutions", you don't need to solve it
