= {(2x)^4 * (yz)^3)}^2
= {(16x^4)*(y^3*z^3)}^2
=(16^2 * x^8 * y^6 * z^6 )
= (256 * x^8 * y^6 * z^6 ) (Ans)
about second part the question is not clear
let the variable is x its fourth power is x^4 ^ means to the power
