7X-4Y=-3 NOW MULTIPLY THE SECOND EQUATION BY 2 &ADD.
2X+4Y=6

9X=3
X=3/9
X=1/3 ANSWER.
7*1/3-4Y=-3
7/3-4Y=-3
-4Y=-3-7/3
-4Y=(-9-7)/3
-4Y=-16/3
Y=-16/3*1/4
Y=-16/12
Y=-4/3 ANSWER.
