3-3(b-2)<13-3(b-6)
Using the distributive property, get rid of the parentheses
3-3b+6<13-3b+18
Add 3b to each side
3-3b+3b+6<13-3b+3b+18

Because the variable term canceled out and the resulting inequality is true, this means that all real numbers is the answer.
