Question 718605: what is the x-intercept of the line with equation 3y - 4x = 10
Answer by rapaljer(4671)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The x intercept means that y=0. So, substitute y=0, and you have
-4x=10
x=

This can be written as a point (-5/2,0).
