Y=mX+b IS THE STANDARD LINER EQUATION WHERE m=THE LINE SLOPE & b=THE Y INTERCEPT.
x+y=3
Y=-X+3 HERE YOU HAVE A LINE WITH SLOPE=-1 & THE Y INTERCEPT=3.
