Answer by elima(1433)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
standard form = ax+by+c=0
a,b &c are integers and a >0
y+5=-5(x-3)
First distribute the -5;
y+5=-5x+15
subtract 15 from the sides;
y+5-15=-5x+15-15
y-10=-5x
add 5x to both sides;
standard form: 5x+y-10=0
