x = 10% salt
y = 25% salt
System of equations:
x + y = 5
.10x + .25y = (.20 x 5 = 1)
Solving:
-10x + (-10y)= -50
(.10x + .25y = 1)100 = 10x + 25y = 100

x= 5-3.33= 1.67
