Question 615986: we are working on systems of linear equations in two variables.
Solve ( I have no idea):
10x-2y=4
3x-6y=12

theres a few ways to solve it 2 main ways are by elimination or by substitution
i find elimination easier and faster
there are several ways to solve using elimination i try to find the easiest one to eliminate with using the smallest numbers
im going to eliminate the y variable since 2 goes into 6 3 times and 6 stays a 6
so multiply the top equation by 3

<---new first equation
<---original 2nd equation, now subtract the equations like u would an old fasion 3rd grade subtraction problem
