solve by using graphical method
Hint: use 'easy' points
y= 5/7x - 2 Pt(0,-2) and Pt(7,3) Green Line
y= 1/3x + 2/3 Pt( 1,1) and Pt(4,2) Blue Line
Lines intersect at Pt(7,3)
