5y is equal to or greater than 4x + 20

step two# graph the second inequality: 5y is equal to or greater than 4x + 20
step 3# indicate the region that satisfies both inequalities.

1st: Graph the boundary as a dashed line:
Use points (0,-5) and (2,-10)
Draw a dashed line thru them
2nd: Shade the half-plane BELOW the boundary line.
