this is the 2nd time I have seen this problem, and the total cost is still not realistic

let me help...
___ the maximum cost is if the lot has zero width (also not realistic) ___ 20 * 160 = 3200
___ the minimum cost is with zero length (yeah, yeah; I know) ___ 160 * 8 * 2 = 2560

for this problem to yield real answers, the total cost must lie between the above values
