The line is 3x+2y = 6
The slope of this line = -3/2 [-coefft of x/coefft of y]
So the slope of the perpendicular line = 2/3[As the product of the slopes = -1]
y intercept =2
Therefore the equation is y = (2/3)x + 2
==> 3y= 2x+ 6
==> 3y - 2x = 6 is the required eqn
