Question 568517: Please help me solve this equation:
3x-2y=5
x=y+10

Answer by jim_thompson5910(35256)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
3x-2y=5

3(y+10)-2y=5

3y+30-2y=5

y+30=5

y=5-30

y=-25
--------------------------

x=y+10

x=-25+10

x=-15

So the solutions are x = -10 and y = -25
