I don't know what your 2nd equation should be, but let's say it should be 7x%2B4=3y. Solving the 1st equation for y, we get y=expr%28-1%2F2%29x%2B3%2F2 and y=expr%287%2F3%29x%2B4%2F3 for the 2nd. Looking at the graph of the two lines, it appears they intersect at x=0 and y=1.5, but close inspection is required for that as they actually don't. The graph is:
