Later, the sales representative indicates that there are three times as many homes available with the second floor plan than the first. Write an equation that illustrates this situation. Use the same variables used in previous problem.
I know that the first part of the solution is x + y = 56, but after that, I get confused. Please help

This just says that is times bigger
