You can put this solution on YOUR website! You can use the elimination method since the y's both cancel each other out leaving you with
2x=8
x=4 then substitute the x value into your equation to get y:
4+y=6
-4 on both sides
y=2 then substitute both variables for a check
your answer is (4,2)
