x+2y=5 .............1
x+4y=6 .............2

multiply (1)by -2
Multiply (2) by 1
-2x-4y=-10
1x+4y= 6
Add the two equations
-x=-4
x=4 Jumbo Popcorn
plug value of x in (1)
4+2y=5
4+2y= 5
y=5-4
y=0.5 choclate chips
