Question 409871: what is 9-3t=17+t
Answer by fractalier(6550) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Okay, from 9 - 3t = 17 + t, let's get all the t's on one side by adding 3t to both sides...we get
9 = 17 + 4t
Now subtract 17 from both sides...
-8 = 4t
Now divide by 4...
t = -2
