x::::::::::::::::: y:::::::::(x,y)
-1 (-1/2)(-1)-4 = -7/2 (-1,-7/2)
-2 (-1/2)(-2)-4 = -3 (-2,-3)

Pick values for x and find y
If you mean y = (-1/2)x - 4:
x = 0, y = -4
x = 2, y = -5
It's a straight line, so 2 points is sufficient.
