first solve this equaiton for y, subtract 5x from each side
divide both sides by 15
now the equation is in slope intercept form. So you plug in x=0 and you get y=-1, thus you get a point (0,-1). Next from that point, using the slope (which is -1/3) you go 1 point down and 3 points to the right.
