Slope of a line parallel to the line y=mx+c is m;
Answer: Slope = 2

The equation y=mx+b gives the slope as the value m thus in this equation rewritten is y=2x-3 thus the slope is 2 & every line with a slope of 2 is a parallel line to this one.
