Answer by askmemath(368) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
2(3n-2) = 4n+4
6n-4 = 4n+4
Subtracting 4n on both sides
6n-4 -4n = 4n+4 -4n
2n-4 = 4
Adding 4 on both sides
2n-4 +4 = 4+4
2n = 8
Dividing by 2 throughout
n = 4
