Use substitution method to solve:
2x+7y=48 (1)
x= 28-4y (2)
This is what I think:
If I know that X= 28-4y do I plug that into the 1st equation? 2(28-4y) + 7y =48 ??

Yes, then solve for y.
Once you have y then go back to eq. 2 and solve for x.
