slope intercept y=mx%2Bb
(0,4)(7,-4)
m=%284-%28-4%29%29%2F%280-7%29
m=%288%29%2F%28-7%29
m=-8%2F7
y=mx%2Bb
4=m%280%29%2Bb
4=b
y=%28-8%2F7%29x%2B4multiply by 7
7y=-8x%2B28
