2y=-3x+8
y=-y+4
Now a line that is parallel to this line is going to have the same slope,which is;

y=-x+b
Now we need to find the y-intercept, so with the point given you fill in the equation;
y-y1=-(x-x1)
y-2=-(x-6)
y-2=-x+
y-2=-x+9
y=-x+11
