Question 26925: I've answered the first half of the question but cannot understand what the second half is asking, if you could please help me I'd appreciate it.
It gives two coordinates (1,4),(-1,1) then asks to put the points into point-slope form which I did y-4=3/2(x-1)then the problem wants you to write one in standard form using integers. I looked up the answer in the back of the book and it showed an answer of -3x+2y=5 but I have no idea how to get to that answer. Thanks if you can help.

To get all of our numbers to be integers we'll have to get rid of the 2 on the bottom. To do that we can multiply both sides by 2:
