I am a 3 digit number less than 300. My tens digit is less than my ones
digit and my ones digit is less than my hundres digit. Who am I?

Let these three blanks       represent the 3-digit
number.

          >>...I am a 3 digit number less than 300...<<

Therefore the number is 1     or 2    

          >>...my ones digit is less than my hundreds digit...<<

So the number is either 1   0, 2   1, or 2   0 

          >>...My tens digit is less than my ones digit...<<

This rules out 1   0 and 2   0, because there is no digit less than 0.

So that leaves only 2   1, and the only digit less than 1 is 0, so the
tens digit is 0, and the number is

          2 0 1
