CHECK THE PROBLEM.BECAUSE BOTH PER DAY RATE 15 USD VS 19 USD AND PER MILE RATE 13 CENTS VS 19 CENTS ARE LESS IN ONE AGENCY AGANIST THE OTHER AGENCY. SO BOTH AGENCIES CAN NEVER HAVE THE SAME CHARGE . ONLY WHEN ONE OF THE RATES ,EITHER DAILY RATE OR MILEAGE RATE IS LESS IN ONE AGENCY AND THE OTHER IS MORE IN THAT AGENCY WE CAN HAVE BOTH OF THEM EQUALLING IN CHARGE AT A PARTICULAR MILEAGE.
