It looks like you copied the problem incorrectly.
There was no m (number of minutes)in your formula.
I fixed that.
the y intercept is when y=0
in this case when c=0
0=.05m+4.95
multiply both sides by 100 (this step is not necessary it is just to eliminate decimals)
subtract 495 from both sides
-495=5m
divide by 5
-99=m
-99 is the y intercept
