Question 216199: is the line 9x+3y=12 and 27x +9y=37 parallel perpendicular or neither
Answer by rapaljer(4671)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
9x+3y=12
3y=-9x +12
y = -3x + 4

27x +9y=37
9y = -27x + 37
y = -3x + 37/7

The slope of each line is -3. Since they have ths SAME SLOPE, the lines are PARALLEL.
