0.2(x+3)- 4(2x-3)= 3.4
---
Multiply thru by 10 to get rid of those pesky decimals:
2(x+3) -40(2x-3) = 34
Divide thru by 2 to get:
x+3 - 20(2x-3) = 17
x+3 - 40x + 60 = 17
39x = 46
x = 46/39
