2 trains leave the station at the same time.The East bound train travels at 65mph. While the west bound train is going 55 mph. How long will it take the 2 trains to be 420 miles apart?

Going in opposite directions, their relative speed is the sum, 55+65 = 120 mph.
420 miles/120 mph = 3.5 hours.
