You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The slope is the ratio of the coefficients of X and Y. Changing the constant on the other side of the eqn only moves the line up and down.
4x+2y=-3 has a ratio of 2 ( x/y = 2)
Only choice B has the same ratio.
