2x-5y+z=5 eqn 1
3x+3y-z=17 eqn 2
4x-3y+2z=17 eqn 3
Add eqns 1 and 2
2x-5y+z=5 eqn 1
3x+3y-z=17 eqn 2
5x-2y = 22 eqn 4
Multiply eqn 1 by 2, then add to eqn 3. This will eliminate z
4x-10y+2z = 10
4x- 3y+2z = 17
Subtract
-7y = -7
y = 1
Sub into eqn 4
5x - 2 = 22
5x - 24
x = 24/5
Sub x an y into eqn 1, 2 or 3
2*24/5 -5*1 +z = 5
48/5 - 5 + z = 5
z = 2/5
