Mix the two in a ratio determined by where the 45% lies between 35% and 60%.
35 to 45 is 10; 35 to 60 is 25. 45 is 10/25 = 2/5 of the way from 35 to 60.
That means 2/5 of the mixture needs to be the 60% antifreeze.
ANSWER: 2/5 of 160 gallons, or 64 gallons, of the 60% antifreeze; 3/5 of the 160 gallons, or 96 gallons, of the 35% antifreeze.
