     |
     |      -20    45   -25
     ---------------------------------
         4  -9    5     0



Zeros of the quadratic factor:




Try testing for as a zero.
1   |   4    -9    5
     |
     |        4    -5
     |------------------------
        4    -5    0

This means is also a linear factor.
