Use dimensional analysis to convert.
2.1 kiloliters to quarts,
514 decimeters to yards
3 yards to millimeters
2.6 feet to decimeters

Use dimensional analysis to convert.
2.1 kiloliters to quarts
1 liter =~ 1.05668821 qts
========================
514 decimeters to yards
1 inch = 2.54 cm
====================
3 yards to millimeters
Same as above
==================
2.6 feet to decimeters
Same as above
